The Type-C rechargeable Catapult Mini V2 is a pocket sized thrower, powered by 1x 18350 battery (included), and offering five brightness levels, plus strobe: firefly/low/medium/high/turbo/strobe. With the SFT40 LED, smooth reflector, and anti-reflective coated ultra-clear toughened glass lens, it can reach a beam distance of 515 metres, and a peak beam intensity of 66150cd. Charged via the on-board USB-C fast charging port, the Catapult Mini V2 can provide up to 85 hours runtime in firefly mode. Measuring at just under 90 mm long and slightly over 40mm wide(head dia), the Catapult Mini V2 is extremely compact and portable. It is constructed using durable aero grade aluminium alloy and is rated IPX8 waterproof and dustproof, and the single switch design allows for one-handed operation of on/off, and shortcut to turbo and strobe mode.

Operation

To turn on/off the light:

  • After the light is unlocked, press the side switch to turn on /off

To change modes:

  • Six modes in total: firefly, low, medium, high, turbo, and strobe.
  • When the light is on, long press the side switch to cycle through low, medium and high.
  • Shortcut to firefly: When the light is off, long press the side switch to get firefly mode.
  • Double click to turn to turbo from any mode. Another double click to get back.
  • Triple click to get strobe. At strobe mode, press and hold the side switch to cycle through special modes (beacon-SOS-Strobe)
  • Memory function: The light will turn on in the last mode accessed, except for special modes (firefly, turbo, Beacon-SOS-strobe)

Breathing LED indicator:

  • Press the side button for 3 seconds to turn on the breathing LED indicator. Another click to turn off.

Lock out function:

  • When the light is off, press the switch four times quickly to lock the light. It will flash three times while locked. Click the switch four times quickly to unlock.

Battery replacement:

  • Take off the tail cap, insert the battery with positive polarity toward the LED assembly(head of the light)
  • Install the tail cap and tighten all the way to operate the light.
