Nitecore Warranty

Nitecore returns are sent directly back to the Australian distributor for quick and easy returns or repairs.

Warranty Details

1. 14 days free replacement: We will repair or replace a light within 14 days of purchase if it is afflicted with a manufacturing defect. If the problem of the returned light calls for a replacement, we will replace a same model for customers. If the model has been discontinued, customers will receive a product with similar or better performance.

2. 18 months free repair. We offer free repair within 18 months of purchase if problems developed from normal use. We will provide customers with free parts and repair service.

3. NITECORE's warranty policy does not cover components that have been installed by an unauthorized third party or are not genuine NITECORE replacement parts.

4. Unauthorized third party repairs to any NITECORE product voids NITECORE repair service and limited lifetime warranty.


NITECORE's warranty service is rendered NULL AND VOID if

1. Failure or damage, which are caused by excessive dropping , unauthorized modification or reconstruction.
2. Failure or damage is caused by improper use, storage or maintenance (refer to product instruction manual).
3. Damage is caused by battery leakage.
4. Customers cannot supply either: their NITECORE warranty card or original sales receipt.
5. Failure or damage is caused by inferior quality components/parts not manufactured by NITECORE.

Statement

1. Product appearance is excluded in the warranty service.
2. If there is conflict between NITECORE's warranty rules and other warranty service details, NITECORE's rules will be applied.
3. The rights of the amendment, interpretation of this rules are reserved by NITECORE.
4. The rules will be applied since the release of the rules.

Fenix Warranty

Fenixlight Limited's Warranty Policy

1. Service Principal

1) Fenix provides easy, reliable, speedy service to all lights under our warranty.
2)
Dealers will be responsible for customers. Customers should contact the dealers or distributors from whom they bought Fenix lights for warranty support with Fenixlight Limited's 'Warranty Card' and either a trade invoice or receipt. Fenix will provide our authorized dealers with the technology and parts to service our lights.

2. Service Promise

What we offer: We will replace products afflicted with manufacturing defects within 15 days of purchase; we will also repair a light free of charge within 24 months of purchase if problems develop with normal use; and finally our limited lifetime warranty ( if repair is required after 24 months from the date of purchase, we will charge for parts. The total repair fee is according to the cost of the replaced materials).

3. Warranty Details  

1) 15-day free replacement: Fenix will replace a new product within 15 days of purchase for any manufacturing defects if problems come into being in normal use; We will replace it with the same model. If the model has been discontinued, customers will receive a product with similar or improved model.

 

Except the products and accessories listed above, other products or free offers provides by Fenix are not covered within the product's warranty.

2) Limited lifetime warranty: For lights past the free repair warranty period, we provide lifetime repairs but will charge for parts. The distributor will notify customer the cost of the part before repair.
3)
Extended warranty service: Fenix kindly suggest that customers register the products with serial number on the official website: www.fenixlight.com The customers will get a an extra six-months warranty service once registered successfully. 30 months of free repairs in total will be available.
4)
Warranty certificate: Customers request after-sale service from Fenix distributors or dealers by providing with a completed Fenix warranty card, purchase invoice or receipt. The distributor should provide services to the customer and Fenix will support for these services.
5)
The free warranty does not cover any damages or failure caused by:

     a. Normal wear
     b.
Rough operation
     c.
Battery leakage
     d.
Any defects or damages caused by the improper operations include but not limited to the operation which doesn't comply with the warranty or notes shown in the product specification. For example, the product specification will  describe that 'please don't disassemble the sealed head, as doing so can damage to the flashlight and will void the warranty'
     e.
Any defects or damaged led by other behaviors which can not be controlled by Fenix reasonably.

 

Olight Warranty

If your Olight product has any defect as the result of the materials or workmanship we want to make it right!

Within 30 days of purchase: Return the product to us and we will replace or repair it. Period.
Within 5 years of purchase: Return the product to Olight's Australian distributor (Powabeam) and they will repair or replace it. End of story.
After 5 years of purchase: Return the product to Olight Australian distributor (Powabeam) and they will repair or replace it. You just pay for the parts.

Of course, this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. This warranty also does NOT cover modifications, misuse, disintegrations, negligence, accidents, improper maintenance, or repair by anyone other than an Authorized retailer or Olight itself. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

The H15 and H15S Wave are currently under a 2 year warranty.
Batteries are currently under at 1 year warranty.

EagleTac Warranty

We warrant our flashlights to be free from defects in workmanship and materials. We will repair, replace at our option, without charging any product or part which is found to be defective under normal use within 120 months from the date of purchase with the proof of purchase.

Electronics, chargers and rechargeable batteries are covered for a period of 12 months with purchase receipt. Such repair or replacement shall be the purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty. Normal wear and tear including batteries draining is not covered, nor is damage resulting from modification, misuse, abuse, neglect, battery leakage, improper maintenance or repaired by anyone other than EagleTac.


Ferei Warranty

Warranty Policy

Ferei products come with an international warranty that is honoured by Ferei Australia on behalf of Ferei China.
Please familiarize yourself with the 4 conditions below to best utilize your warranty throughout the life of the product.

1. Any Ferei product that malfunctions or ceases to operate within 14 days of receipt under normal usage conditions may be returned to Ferei Australia for exchange of the same or equivalent product (proof of purchase required).
2. All Ferei branded flashlights, bicycle lights, diving lights and headlamps are warranted against manufacturing defects and/or malfunction for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase. A defective or malfunctioning item that has been correctly used as per item instructions and not in any way subjected to disassembly, significant impact, battery leakage or conditions outside of its stated capabilites may be returned to Ferei Australia for prompt repair (proof of purchase required).
3. The warranty period for perishables and accessories (glass lenses, O-rings, rubber switches, batteries etc.) is eight (8) months from the date of purchase and the warranty period for Ferei AC adaptors or chargers is 12 months.
4. Should any Ferei product cease to function or become defective outside of the warranty period, customers may contact Ferei Australia to have the product repaired for a nominal fee.

Ferei's warranty policy is rendered null and void by the following:

i) The 14 day replacement or 3 year repair period has expired.
ii) The product is deemed to have malfunctioned as a result of misuse.
iii) The product is deemed to have malfunctioned as a result of unauthorised modification or disassembly.
iv) The product is deemed to have malfunctioned due to incorrect maintenance and/or storage.
v) A valid sales receipt / invoice or proof of purchase is not presented.
vi) The product is counterfeit.
vii) The product ceases to operate due to damage caused by impacts and/or dropping.


JETBeam Warranty

Service Principle

1. After JETBeam company directly sell Jetbeam products, Jetbeam will provide easier, more reliable and speedy after-sale service directly to distributors instead of via SYSMAX;
2.
 Dealers will be responsible for end users. End users should contact the dealers or distributors from whom they bought JETBeam lights for warranty support with Warranty Card and either a trade invoice, receipt or the trade number provided by the internet retailers. Jetbeam will provide our authorized distributors with the technology and parts to service our lights.
3.
To improve our service quality and speed, we will offer some spare parts to distributors for usual service use.

 Service Promise

We will replace products afflicted with manufacturing defects within 15 days of purchase; we will also repair a light free of charge within 24 months of purchase if problems occur with normal use; and finally our limited lifetime warranty( if repair is required after 24 months from the date of purchase, we will charge for parts. The total repair fee is according to the cost of the replaced materials).

 Warranty Details

15 days free replacement

We will repair or replace within 15 days of purchase for free if the problem occurs with normal use (the replacement will be the same model with same spec). If the model has been discontinued, the replacement will be of similar or improved performance of the same branded product.

24 months free repair.

We offer free repair within 24 months of purchase if the problem occurs with normal use.

Limited lifetime warranty.

If problems happed beyond 24 months, we could provide warranty but will charge the material cost. Freight should be paid by end user.

 

Xtar Warranty

Service Principal

1. XTAR provides easy, reliable, speedy service to all lights under our warranty.
2. All XTAR products carry a 'Back to Base' Warranty.
Please bring the item which required for replace or repair, together with purchase receipt and XTAR warranty card get back to the point of purchase for warranty service.
3. Dealers will be responsible for customers. Customers should contact the dealers or distributors from whom they bought XTAR lights for warranty support with XTAR 'Warranty Card' and either a trade invoice or receipt. XTAR will provide our authorized dealers with the technology and parts to service our lights.

Service Promise

What we offer: We will replace products afflicted with manufacturing defects within 15 days of purchase. 4. When shipping the flashlights to the end users, distributors or dealers also need to provide the Warranty Card to users, on which, the requested information should have been filled out. The sales date and other necessary info such as stamp are also required from the distributors or dealers.
5. Customers need to fill in the blanks on the Warranty Card and keep the card with distributors or dealers' stamp or signature for repair.
6. We suggest customers request a valid purchase invoice, receipt or other evidence from the sellers when you purchasing our lights. Both receipt and XTAR warranty card are required for after sales service.

 

ZebraLight

ZebraLight, Inc. warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. We will repair or replace, at our option, without charge, any products or parts which is found to be defective under normal use and service within 12 months from the date of purchase with proof of purchase. Such repair or replacement shall be the purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty. This warranty does not cover normal maintenance and service and does not apply to any products or parts which have been subject to modification, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, or improper maintenance or repair by anyone other than ZebraLight.
