Delivery

Bright Nite delivers all items via EParcel post throughout Australia. All packages are fully trackable and customers will receive a tracking number by email which can be located through the Australia Post Website. We choose to ship with EParcel Post to ensure fast customer service and to help keep the integrity of the product during delivery as the items are fully trackable. Usual delivery time is 1-3 days from your order date. All orders are fully tracked and insured. We ship all items for a reduced flat rate of $7.95 and Express delivery is available from checkout for $14.95 on most items.

It is the policy of Bright Nite to have replacement items returned or replaced as quickly as possible in cases where the device or goods arrive non-functional at the customers delivery address. Bright Nite provides 7 days in which to be notified of an item which is not functioning on arrival. In these cases, Bright Nite will freight a replacement item to the customer. However it remains the responsibility of the customer to ensure the faulty unit is returned to us for exchange.

30 Day Return Policy

Bright Nite accept returns on most items store. All other returned items can be exchanged for a store credit or a refund if they meet the following criteria and we are notified within 30 days from date of purchase.

Return criteria

  • Product is unused and undamaged when returned.
  • Product is in original and undamaged packaging.
  • Packaging contains all original contents in unused and undamaged condition.

When returning a product, the customer is responsible for all return postage costs and Bright Nite need to be notified within the 30 day period of a return or exchange. All items are inspected when returned and if the item does not meet the criteria above the return claim may be rejected. Please ensure you have thoroughly inspected the item before returning to ensure it meets the criteria.

We recommend returning products via registered post or tracked courier as it is the responsibility of the customer to return the item.
