This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties and conditions, express or implied.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover any of the following:

2. Battery leakage;
3. Lamp burnout;
4. Damage to or failure of the flashlight or any component thereof due to alteration, misuse, battery leakage or lack of maintenance.

Far brighter then expected with extremely good runtimes, very sturdy with a nice grip due to the knurling, excellent for everyday use and emergencies.

Far exceeds my expectations!!! really well built with very bright and long reaching hotspot, the knurling is excellent! grippy but comfortable, and with the really long run times it makes a perfect security torch, hunting torch or in my case used as an emergency/ household torch.
