Primary caving light Review by Rob
These lights are awesome.
I teach scouts caving. 4 of us have the same light.
We are typically in the cave for approximately 10 hours. I run the light mostly on the third setting from full bright. With a few burst modes when descending if I need to see the bottom of a section. That typically uses two batteries. Sometimes I will put the third one in if we have a huge assent out. Just so I'm not trying to change batteries whilst dangling from a rope.
We have also been using them for photography in the full on mode. They don't flash (beat oscillate) when used with go pros.

I use the double car charger in my van overnight and the clip on charger for the third battery. That ensures I'm ready to go again the next day.

I carry four batteries in two of the transport packages. They are a real pain to open but I don't think they were intended for cyclic use. I need to find a better way to transport them. Waterproof would be an advantage there as well.
