Handy quality pocket torchReview by Brian
I am a middle aged electrician who finds switchboards are getting dimmer ever year and have been carrying a pocket torch for a while.
I was using a Coast G20, I loved the beam pattern but the notoriously dicky switch was driving me mad.
I recently purchased the Manker E21 and a Klarus P20. The Klarus is a good torch with a simple switch but gets very hot very fast ( cant be efficient use of power). The Manker works well, has a good beam pattern but not as good as the Coast G20 for me, runs cool and the batteries last well, I do find it a bit tedious having to cycle through the the brightness levels every time I switch it on though.
As a general pocket torch its good but not perfect for a tradies' inspection torch. (Posted on 13/05/2018)
